We work diligently to control cost overruns during the design phase of a project by working closely with clients to understand their overall project budget. We then coordinate with design teams to ensure their designs fall within the parameters of that budget and exceed client expectations.

We are steadfast in examining function vs cost of materials, equipment, and other project components to routinely improve the value of our client’s projects. This often includes exploring alternate programming options and material substitutions.

Through our streamlined construction delivery method, we provide clients with a single point of contact for both the design and construction phases of any project.

We help clients navigate the traditional method of construction delivery where the owner is responsible for selecting a design team to work together and provide a design on which Contractors bid. We work side by side with our clients through every phase of design, bidding, and construction.

We work collaboratively with clients early in the design phase to serve as a consultant. We then collaborate with the owner and design team throughout the design phase and proceed to manage the project through the completion of the construction phase.

We assemble components of a project in a controlled environment away from a construction site and transport complete assemblies or sub-assemblies to the construction site for installation.

We build construction projects virtually by way of modeling and other virtual design methods to review for functionality, aesthetics, constructability, and potential issues prior to moving into the construction phase of a project.
