Preconstruction Services
We help our clients plan their construction projects well before the actual project begins through budgeting, coordination, scheduling, logistics, constructability, and design review. Our promise is to help clients navigate the process seamlessly and produce a functionally and financially viable project.
Target Value Design Services
We work diligently to control cost overruns during the design phase of a project by working closely with clients to understand their overall project budget. We then coordinate with design teams to ensure their designs fall within the parameters of that budget and exceed client expectations.
Value Engineering
We are steadfast in examining function vs cost of materials, equipment, and other project components to routinely improve the value of our client’s projects. This often includes exploring alternate programming options and material substitutions.
Design-Build Services
Through our streamlined construction delivery method, we provide clients with a single point of contact for both the design and construction phases of any project.
Design-Bid-Build
We help clients navigate the traditional method of construction delivery where the owner is responsible for selecting a design team to work together and provide a design on which Contractors bid. We work side by side with our clients through every phase of design, bidding, and construction.
Construction Management at Risk
We work collaboratively with clients early in the design phase to serve as a consultant. We then collaborate with the owner and design team throughout the design phase and proceed to manage the project through the completion of the construction phase.
Pre-Fabrication
We assemble components of a project in a controlled environment away from a construction site and transport complete assemblies or sub-assemblies to the construction site for installation.
Virtual Design & Construction (VDC)
We build construction projects virtually by way of modeling and other virtual design methods to review for functionality, aesthetics, constructability, and potential issues prior to moving into the construction phase of a project.

Bob is a servant leader with extensive leadership experience and a diverse professional background giving him the ability to build dynamic teams and encourage out-of-the-box thinking. He is a United States Marine Corps veteran with a passion to lead and grow others. His tenure as a Marine Corps leader has given him an unrivaled ability to improvise and adapt when faced with challenges, and to focus on solutions instead of dwelling on problems - this attribute is contagious within his teams.
After his service in the Marine Corps, Bob attended the University of Pittsburgh. Always having an entrepreneurial mindset, he studied business and graduated with a BSBA.
Bob's experience growing up in and working within the construction industry, accompanied by his Marine Corps and business experience made the general contracting world a perfect storm for his skill sets. He has experience leading teams in preconstruction, in the field, and in business, giving him a well-rounded understanding of all aspects of general contracting.
Bob is a cultivator of relationships and an advocate of continually earning his personal brand every day. He will tell you that building trust, effective communication, mutual respect, and gaining a true understanding of others’ “Why'' is integral to lasting relationships. Being a third-generation entrepreneur and builder, Wyatt always knew that he would chart a path that concluded with him building his own company. Meeting his future wife in high school was fate. His time at NC State was destiny. Working for multiple Top 200 National ENR Contractors, including one top ten, was strategic. Being placed on a project with Bob Fullwood was the stars aligning. The product is Enbloc Construction, LLC.
Wyatt’s core values and ideology can easily be traced back to his extended family. The typical Sunday lunch consisted of family members who were entrepreneurs, farmers, builders, law enforcement officers, and childcare providers. Unbeknownst to Wyatt at the time, his core beliefs were being created at that dinner table. Rooted beliefs that anything is possible with hard work, a solid foundation, adherence to parameters, fellowship, and a yearning for growth were formed.
Wyatt acquired a B.S. in Civil Engineering at NC State University. Professionally, Wyatt has ample experience in the construction industry working for top ENR contractors. He is an effective communicator and relationship builder that always finds himself developing strategic and meaningful relationships with key project stakeholders. Wyatt has an ability to gain clients' trust by providing them with the right balance of technical knowledge and compassion. His broad understanding of the construction industry, and attention to detail has proven extra valuable during the preconstruction process. Wyatt likes to tell clients and partners that 90% of a successful construction project is achieved prior to mobilization. This is typically achieved by identifying potential project risks and developing mitigation strategies, gaining interest in the submarket, and finding ways to increase value with attention to costs, schedule, and quality.
