Bob is a servant leader with extensive leadership experience and a diverse professional background giving him the ability to build dynamic teams and encourage out-of-the-box thinking. He is a United States Marine Corps veteran with a passion to lead and grow others. His tenure as a Marine Corps leader has given him an unrivaled ability to improvise and adapt when faced with challenges, and to focus on solutions instead of dwelling on problems - this attribute is contagious within his teams.

After his service in the Marine Corps, Bob attended the University of Pittsburgh. Always having an entrepreneurial mindset, he studied business and graduated with a BSBA.

Bob's experience growing up in and working within the construction industry, accompanied by his Marine Corps and business experience made the general contracting world a perfect storm for his skill sets. He has experience leading teams in preconstruction, in the field, and in business, giving him a well-rounded understanding of all aspects of general contracting.

Being a third-generation entrepreneur and builder, Wyatt always knew that he would chart a path that concluded with him building his own company. Meeting his future wife in high school was fate. His time at NC State was destiny. Working for multiple Top 200 National ENR Contractors, including one top ten, was strategic. Being placed on a project with Bob Fullwood was the stars aligning. The product is Enbloc Construction, LLC.

Wyatt’s core values and ideology can easily be traced back to his extended family. The typical Sunday lunch consisted of family members who were entrepreneurs, farmers, builders, law enforcement officers, and childcare providers. Unbeknownst to Wyatt at the time, his core beliefs were being created at that dinner table. Rooted beliefs that anything is possible with hard work, a solid foundation, adherence to parameters, fellowship, and a yearning for growth were formed.

Wyatt acquired a B.S. in Civil Engineering at NC State University. Professionally, Wyatt has ample experience in the construction industry working for top ENR contractors. He is an effective communicator and relationship builder that always finds himself developing strategic and meaningful relationships with key project stakeholders. Wyatt has an ability to gain clients' trust by providing them with the right balance of technical knowledge and compassion. His broad understanding of the construction industry, and attention to detail has proven extra valuable during the preconstruction process. Wyatt likes to tell clients and partners that 90% of a successful construction project is achieved prior to mobilization.
