Hyatt Place needed to elevate a 10th-floor lobby and amenity level inside a fully occupied hotel. Enbloc phased the renovation within a tight zero-lot-line site and used Target Value Design in preconstruction to protect the budget. Guests kept enjoying the hotel while the experience around them was upgraded.
