A first-time business owner needed her adaptive-reuse space turned into a wellness studio for yoga and fitness, and she wanted a hand in every decision. Enbloc used a Target Value Design approach and kept her involved from contract to opening day. She ended up with a studio she felt full ownership of, built through a real partnership.
