Walgreens needed a new small-format pharmacy delivered on a predictable schedule. Enbloc built the store ground-up and prefabricated the exterior envelope to increase on-site efficiency and shorten the timeline. Developed with The Morgan Companies, the project moved from dirt to done on a dependable path.
